I experienced an alomst identical experience in a New jersey nursing home. When I reported the terrible out of control presence mold over my mothers head in ther ceiling the nursing home called the police on me charging me with harassment.
Its good to have this opportunity to show people this is common in America today.

A malicious prosecution was intiated to evict us for “good cause” when our expert proved there was toxic black mold (several dangerous strands) their lawyers changed their strategy and then tried to prove we were growing the mold ourselves.

There is strong evidence they bribed two witnesses – paying one persons grocery bill amounting to over $200.00. SUSPECT: Adan Trujillo. Every witness we have indicated we were going to call has been stalked, beaten, harrased, bribed and possibly raped.

This company made a mess of my home and damaged possessions. The owner is incredibly abusive and refuses to acknowledge the problems his company created. Lies and libel (to my bank during the dispute) are all he can offer. The warranty is a joke. Every concern is considered a con and therefore is not covered by the warranty. Hiring this company was one of the worst decisions of my life .

Mr. Taylor, Please provide proof of my scam. My builder and I are now on friendly terms, and are working together for resolution. Even prior to our understanding they provided a letter to my bank that proves they knew of the dispute from the beginning. Also, the MD attorney General backed me in regards to the building issues. I have never scammed a company and your comments could prove dangerous to you. All of my claims are well documented and based in reality.
